please tell me, inside the servo valve there is a driver for converting signals from the joystick into a PWM signal for the valve. Or is it handled differently? How does it all work without a controller and can you replace the joystick with an external controller to control proportional valves according to the cycle set in the controller?
I could really use your help. We have a 890 log forwarder that the old cabin controls work with a coil resister type set up. They don’t work very well. Very jumpy. I would like to replace my control joysticks like yours on the video. Thankyou for your video
there is no dosing effect, it’s just an on-off distributor, not necessarily a joystick, it will work with a regular button, but the movements will be sharp at the start!!

Hi I have a brand new Chinese ride behind skid steer that has Pilot hydraulic controls but is verry jumpy and hard to control. If I could put better controls in it would be a great little machine. I would alos like to replace the existing controls with the ones on your video. machine model number is DIGGIT 850
That damn thing should run two circuits at once on one button via the stick control. Two other rams on the contrary stick direction. With buttons held to run another pair on the stick motion, and so on. The questions are all specific but price has you too scared to speak of and you want to keep it all secret. Evasion coming in the form of " please contact us with details of your requirements?"! Those requirements are in the video, yet this demonstrator has no expectation of selling such a kit coz it's never going to fulfill any real purpose as demonstrated other than a slow digger. Absolutely disappointing.

We'll never know it appears!
A 30 second investigation, using the provided link, shows the joystick is only micro-switches; no pwm, no dither, no nothing... just 12VDC.

Hello Yes that one is competitive solution for application where on off speed is enought, for proportional solution we offer also another sets.
